This week is about stress reactions. The meaning of MBSR is mindfulness based stress reduction, so this week I want to talk about stress. Today I don’t want to go much into the stress reduction itself, but I dedicate this post for describing different triggers and reactions to stress. Remote working abroad – pros and cons
Hi you! Here it finally comes, the last post related to my Algarve trip. This time I will write from the perspective of remote working abroad. Hi all! Finally it is time to review our Portugal trip and see, whether my expectations were met or not. Before our trip, I wrote this post about my expectations towards this trip.
